Founder and President of FullTilt Leadership, Patrick operates
his business on the belief that developing leaders in a focused and intentional
way is essential in these changing and sometimes uncertain times. Patrick
uses a direct and customized approach to develop individual leaders while
helping the organization develop sustainable talent solutions.
Education and training at the U.S. Air Force Academy fueled Patrick's passion
for leadership, which has continued in to grow through over 17 years of experience
in Organization Development, Training, and Human Resources. Patrick has expertise
in facilitation, coaching, leadership development, talent management, competency
modeling, and organizational change, and has worked with executives at multinational
corporations for most of his career.
Patrick has developed competency models, designed leadership programs on
a local, national and international scale, facilitated leadership teams,
operated assessment centers, and has worked with numerous leaders individually
to improve outcomes and focus their career development. He has conducted
organizational assessments and worked alongside leadership teams to effect
meaningful changes. He has experience in a wide variety of industries,
including aerospace, polymers, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, non-profit,
and government/military; in manufacturing and corporate environments.
Patrick’s calm, straightforward, and personable style allows him to establish
trust quickly among diverse groups. His balanced leadership style and considerable skill and experience
